PHF secretariat was established in 2011. The Secretariat is accountable to the membership through an annually elected Executive Committee (Ex-Com) and Chair. The Executive Committee of PHF consists of Eight members elected from INGOs including one Chair and Deputy Chair. The PHF Country Coordinator, Chair, Deputy Chair, and Executive Committee represent PHF and take key decisions on actions and priorities on behalf of its members.
